Easy Steps to create tabs in blogger

Step 1: Goto Pages tab ( Design -> Pages)

Step 2: Create New Page ( using New Pages link)

Step 3: Select 'Tob Tabs' under 'Show pages'  section  and save the arrangement.

Thats it, now you can see the new tab in blogger page.
