Log in to google feed. ( with your google account)
Create a Blogger feed. (help) .
After creating the Blogger feed Go to "Publicize" Tab and click "Email Subscriptions" link"
Click on "Active" button.
Select "Blogger" in "Use as a widget in" drop down box and press "Go!" button.
Choose the Title for Widget and press on "Add Widget" button.
Widget will add to your layout page. Choose widget location and save arrangements.
Go to your blog and will able to see the "Subscribe via email " option in your blog.
